How we roast it for espresso:
At Purity Coffee, every decision is based on health first. Our specialty grade organic beans are sourced from regenerative farms, and this espresso is roasted to a slightly darker profile, which develops the heavier-weight melanoidins that come with additional roast development and converts a portion of the CGA into chlorogenic acid lactones (CGL).
