Our fruits and vegetables can be full of yucky toxins which is why washing your produce is so important! Simply spray your produce,  lather then rinse clean. For larger quantity produce such as berries, grapes, tomatoes, etc. place in a bowl, spray, cover with water, let sit for 1-2 minutes then rinse clean. 
 
Pro tip: Clean produce upon bringing home from market. Make sure to dry completely after washing and store in glass containers.
